Which will material will be waterproof for Bunting's umbrella?

In science this week we have been testing out different materials to see which one would be suitable for Bunting's umbrella from the story 'Lost in the Toy Museum.' We used learnt how to pipettes and a few different materials and tested them by dropping water on each one.

We went through the science investigation process by predicting which material would be waterproof, carrying out the investigation using the correct equipment, gathering the results and discussed what we found out. 

We found out that foil or plastic would be the most suitable materials to use for Bunting's umbrella!
