Go outside and find one flower from your garden or on your exercise walk.  See if your grown up can find one too. Take a photo and send it to us

DON’T PICK THEM! REMEMBER, WE CARE FOR OUR FLOWERS.

You could talk about the shape or size or colour or even texture of the flowers that you saw. Use counting words to describe them too.

You could say things words like:

I have ___ petals on my flower.

It is the same number of petals as your flower

It has a different number of petals to your flower

We both have lots of petals

I have one more petal than yours

Another one makes __ petals

My friend has a beautiful garden and he sent me photos of the flowers in it. I used the show me app to draw over the top of the photos. How are you going to draw and label your flower?
