This week we are going to be kind to each other. Watch the video to see how you can be kind too and send in your videos and photos of kind acts.
Sometimes it's hard to be kind all of the time. To help us feel calm, in Nursery we practice calming breaths on the Go Noodle FLOW channel. If you want to you can go there and practice your breathing with an old activity:
